ABOUT EMBODIED COACHING

My approach is rooted in the belief that you already possess all the innate wisdom, strength, and clarity you need within your mind, body, emotions, and spirit. It’s a holistic journey that looks at the whole person—recognizing that true transformation comes from reconnecting with yourself on every level.

Using compassionate inquiry, I gently guide you to explore your inner landscape with kindness and curiosity. Through somatic practices, breathwork, and parts work, we tap into the wisdom held in your body and unconscious patterns, helping you release what no longer serves you and access deep insights.

I draw from somatics, psychology, parts work, mindfulness, neuroscience, the Hoffman Process and spirituality. I often incorporate the teachings of experts such as Brené Brown, Gabor Maté, Bessel van der Kolk, Melody Beattie, Kristin Neff, the Gottmans, and Eckhart Tolle to name a few.

This integrative approach empowers you to trust your intuition, honor your emotional landscape, and access your internal compass. Together, we create a safe space for healing, growth, and self-discovery—allowing you to uncover your authentic self, release old stories, and live more fully and embodied.
