ABOUT KUNDALINI ACTIVATION
Kundalini Activation (KA) is a powerful energetic transmission that awakens your natural life force. This practice invites deep transformation by gently activating dormant energy within the body — leading to emotional release, heightened awareness, and inner clarity.
This isn’t a practice you do — it’s one you receive. You simply lie down, relax, and allow the energy to move through you. No prior experience is necessary, and the process does not involve effort, specific breathing techniques, or physical exertion. It’s a surrendered, receptive process that meets you exactly where you are.
What to Expect in a Session
Each session is completely unique and personal. You’ll lie down on a yoga mat with your eyes closed while music plays in the background. The facilitator may apply light touch or channel energy toward certain energetic points or meridians.
You might experience:
Deep Rest – A calm, restorative state as the energy works through your system
Emotional Expression – Spontaneous release through tears, laughter, or vocalization
Sensory Activation – Tingling, waves of warmth or coolness, or gentle spontaneous movement
Inner Imagery – Symbolic visions or dreamlike scenes from the subconscious
Insight & Intuition – Emotional clarity, creative downloads, or a stronger connection to inner guidance
Bliss States – Waves of peace, love, or unity consciousness
With ongoing exposure, KA supports emotional integration, nervous system regulation, and a deeper connection to your intuition and authentic self.

After the Session
The effects of KA can continue to unfold for days. You may feel internal shifts, new insights, or a deeper emotional sensitivity. Your sleep, cravings, or dreams may shift. You might notice spontaneous movement or subtle energy flowing through your body.
Integration is key. Give yourself time to reflect, rest, or journal. The process is deeply individual and will evolve over time.
Preparing for the Session
Wear loose, comfortable clothing.
Avoid eating at least 2 hours beforehand.
Refrain from consuming alcohol or drugs 24–48 hours before and after the session.
Limiting caffeine intake is also recommended.

My mission in life is to create opportunities for belonging, laughter, authenticity, inspiration, and wholeness. I believe each of us holds the answers we seek, and I love helping people reconnect with their intuition, wisdom, and self-healing abilities.
Growing up, I carried a false and deeply ingrained belief that I was broken, bad, and in need of "fixing." My struggles with anxiety and depression set me on a 20-year healing journey. Along the way, I discovered many tools and modalities that continue to support me, and I’m passionate about sharing them with others.
Kundalini Activation has been the most transformative process I’ve encountered. After just a few sessions, it helped me release deep grief and anger that had felt immovable. In their place, love, forgiveness, joy, and peace flowed into my life. Incorporating this practice has allowed me to release trauma, reset my central nervous system, find freedom from shame, heal religious trauma, and enhance my intuition, creativity, and energy.
I am a certified Kundalini Activation Practicioner under the Kundalini Sisters Worldwide and I deepened my education of this energy under Alexandra Michelle of Kundalini Arts. I trained in Vedic Meditation under Emily Fletcher of Ziva and was one of her Ziva guides in NYC. I am a certified breathwork facilitator under Pensiero Healing Arts. I’m trained under Brené Brown’s Dare to Lead program. I also study emotional intelligence, mindfulness, and the Gottman method, and all my care is trauma-informed. And finally, I’m the founder of a non-profit that provides arts education for kids and gives them a place to be heard and belong.
It is my greatest honor to help others tap into the power of surrender and the healing energy within themselves.
